Queue Monitor gave us visibility we never had before. We caught a memory leak in our workers within hours of deployment that would have caused a major outage.
Sarah Chen
CTO at StreamData
The unified dashboard across BullMQ and SQS queues saved our team countless hours. No more switching between AWS console and Redis CLI - everything is in one place.
Marcus Rodriguez
VP of Engineering at PayFlow
Smart alerts caught a failing job processor before our customers noticed. The Slack integration means our on-call team responds immediately to queue issues.
David Kumar
Platform Lead at NotifyHub
Historical analytics helped us optimize our queue configuration and reduce processing time by 40%. The insights are invaluable for capacity planning.
Emily Zhang
Principal Engineer at DataPipe
Being able to retry failed jobs in bulk during an incident was a game-changer. What used to take hours of manual work now takes seconds.
James Wilson
DevOps Lead at ShipFast
The job inspector helped us debug complex payload issues that were causing silent failures. We can now see exactly what's happening at every step.
Lisa Patel
Backend Engineer at TaskFlow
Team workspaces with role-based access mean our junior engineers can monitor queues safely without risk of accidentally deleting production data.
Michael Torres
Engineering Manager at CloudScale
Supporting multiple queue systems was a nightmare until Queue Monitor. Now we manage RabbitMQ, SQS, and BullMQ queues from a single pane of glass.
Rachel Kim
Infrastructure Engineer at MicroServe
The API made it easy to integrate queue metrics into our existing dashboards. We built custom automations that trigger based on queue health.
Queue Monitor supports BullMQ, AWS SQS, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Google Cloud Pub/Sub, and Redis-based queues. We're constantly adding support for new queue systems based on customer demand. If you need support for a specific queue system, please reach out to our team.
Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We follow SOC 2 Type II compliance standards and conduct regular security audits. We support SSO/SAML for enterprise customers and offer IP whitelisting, 2FA, and audit logging for all user actions.
Queue Monitor uses secure, read-only connections by default. For BullMQ and Redis queues, you provide connection credentials that are encrypted and stored securely. For cloud queues like SQS and Azure Service Bus, you can use IAM roles or service principals with minimal read permissions. We never store your queue data - only metadata and metrics.
By default, we only collect metadata and metrics about your queues and jobs (count, status, timestamps). Job payloads are not stored unless you explicitly enable payload inspection for debugging purposes. Even when enabled, payloads are encrypted, retained for only 7 days, and you can exclude sensitive fields using our filtering rules.
Yes, Queue Monitor is fully GDPR compliant. We provide data processing agreements (DPA), support data residency requirements, and offer tools for data export and deletion. You have complete control over what data is collected, and we never sell or share your data with third parties. Our privacy policy clearly outlines how we handle all information.
Queue Monitor offers both monitoring and management capabilities. You can view queue metrics, set up alerts, and optionally enable management features to pause/resume queues, retry failed jobs, delete jobs, and perform other operations. Management permissions are controlled through role-based access control.
You can start monitoring your first queue in under 5 minutes. Simply sign up for a free trial, add your queue connection details, and you'll immediately see real-time metrics and analytics. Our setup wizard guides you through the process, and we provide detailed documentation for all supported queue systems.
All plans include email support with response times based on your plan tier. Professional plans get priority support with 4-hour response times during business hours. Enterprise customers receive dedicated support with SLA guarantees, a dedicated success manager, and 24/7 emergency support. We also offer comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and community forums.
Queue Monitor runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA for Professional plans and 99.99% for Enterprise. Our platform uses auto-scaling, multi-region redundancy, and automated failover. We monitor our own systems 24/7 and have automated alerts for any issues. Status updates are available at status.queuemonitor.com.
Yes, you can export all your metrics, alerts, and reports at any time. We provide CSV and JSON export formats via the dashboard, and our API allows programmatic access to all historical data. Enterprise customers can also schedule automated exports to their own data warehouses or S3 buckets.
