Queue Monitor uses secure, read-only connections by default. For BullMQ and Redis queues, you provide connection credentials that are encrypted and stored securely. For cloud queues like SQS and Azure Service Bus, you can use IAM roles or service principals with minimal read permissions. We never store your queue data - only metadata and metrics.
By default, we only collect metadata and metrics about your queues and jobs (count, status, timestamps). Job payloads are not stored unless you explicitly enable payload inspection for debugging purposes. Even when enabled, payloads are encrypted, retained for only 7 days, and you can exclude sensitive fields using our filtering rules.
